Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  Cancellations within 48 hours of the service will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged up to 99% of the service amount and will forfeit deposit. 

15 Minutes Late is consider a No Show and will need to be rescheduled.
