Cancellation/No Show Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations within 24 hours of service will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. “NO SHOWS” will be charged up to 99% of the service and forfeit deposit
15 Minutes Late-consider a No Show and will need to be rescheduled.
We Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what we love.
Please DO NOT bring ANIMALS, CHILDREN or ANYONE else who does not have an appointment into the salon.
